To support the proper maintenance of your vehicle, please be advised that the following cases fall outside the scope of the free warranty and will be subject to service charges.
1. Exceeded Warranty Period or Mileage Limit

The vehicle is past the warranty time calculated from the purchase date.

The vehicle has exceeded the allowed mileage (tampering with the odometer will be treated as exceeding by 10,000 km).
2. Improper Use or Maintenance

Damage caused by the use of low-quality fuel or lubricant, leading to abnormal wear.

Battery damage caused by insufficient maintenance may result in failure to charge or retain power.
3. Improper Repairs
-
The vehicle has been disassembled or repaired by individuals or units not authorized by ESPERO.

No official confirmation from ESPERO for repairs that result in damage.
4. External Impact Damage

Damage caused by collision, accident, chemical exposure, or physical force leading to deformation or corrosion.
5. Invalid Warranty Information

Failure to present a valid warranty card.

The warranty card is altered, erased, or does not match the frame/engine numbers.
6. Unauthorized Part Replacement
-
Damage caused by replacing or modifying parts not follow technical standards.
7. Issues Not Affecting Performance
-
Examples: minor noise, slight vibration, acceptable heat emission during operation.
8. Costs Not Covered by ESPERO
-
Includes: phone charges, transportation, rental vehicles, loss due to business disruption, etc.
9. Consumable or Non-Warranted Parts
-
Includes: bulbs, fuses, air/fuel filters, brake/clutch pads, gaskets, bolts, nuts, rubber/plastic parts, spark plugs…
10. Specific Terms

Lighting systems and bulbs: Only warranted if issues are found immediately after purchase.

Paint, plastic, and chrome parts: Not warranted for scratches or breakage from use, but manufacturing defects (e.g., peeling) within the warranty period are covered.

Chains, sprockets, brakes: Not covered under normal wear and tear. However, manufacturing defects like broken chains or cracked sprockets may be considered for warranty.
11. Force Majeure

Includes natural disasters, fire, flood, or other uncontrollable events.
