Warranty Duration
ESPERO provides a warranty period of up to 3 years or 30,000 km for its motorbike and e-scooter models. Specific warranty periods are clearly stated in the warranty booklet that comes with each vehicle.
Warranty Coverage
ESPERO guarantees repair or replacement for manufacturing defects related to the following components:

Motor

Battery (Lead-acid/Lithium-ion battery)

Controller
-
Vehicle frame
-
Genuine ESPERO charger
Other components and accessories may be covered under separate warranty terms depending on the vehicle model.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

Damage caused by collision or falling due to user error

Use beyond the intended design of the vehicle

Repairs carried out at non-authorized service centers

Natural wear and tear during usage (e.g., brake pads, tires, lighting system, etc.)
Customer Notice
To receive full warranty benefits, please ensure that your authorized ESPERO dealer completes the warranty registration process. Additionally, verify that your warranty booklet contains all three copies of the warranty card.
